The service package on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting provides clients with on-site training and assessment to raise ESG awareness among staff and workers. It also includes (i) consulting on the development of ESG datasets in accordance with GRI standards; (ii) advising on solutions to improve environmental practices; and (iii) developing and finalizing ESG reports based on collected data, with stakeholder consultation.

Results Achieved:

Training activities: Completed ESG training for 20 PSA staff members.

ESG data collection and assessment: Collected enterprise’s general and operational ESG data including:

  • General information and business performance: production and business operations, revenue, and economic contributions;
  • (E) Environmental: use of resources, energy, and water; waste management; estimation of greenhouse gas emissions; and measures to mitigate environmental impacts;
  • (S) Social: workforce information (e.g., gender structure, age, job levels, total training hours, etc.); related policies; and social and community aspects;
  • (G) Governance: organizational structure; transparency; legal compliance (including tax obligations); risk management; and business ethics.

Development of ESG sustainability report: Completed the ESG report for PSA, including the following key contents:

  • Overview of production and business operations;
  • Analysis of the ESG status and highlighting best practices based on collected information and provided data; and
  • Identification of strengths and weaknesses in ESG implementation, along with proposed solutions to enhance the sustainability of the company’s production operations.
