VNCPC joins the Bach Khoa Sports Festival 2026 celebrating 70 years of Hanoi University of Science and Technology
On the morning of 2 October 2026, at Bach Khoa Stadium, the opening of the Bach Khoa Sports Festival 2026 for staff, students and alumni was lively, bringing together athletes from many generations of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Lê Anh Tuấn, Party Secretary and President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said the Sports Festival is one of the activities marking the university’s 70th anniversary, and a chance to look back on how the university has grown through digital transformation, science, technology and innovation.
VNCPC staff joined the opening and are ready to compete in three events: tug of war, badminton and race walking.
The festival is also a chance for VNCPC staff to meet other units, lecturers, students and Bach Khoa alumni. In the spirit of being “lively, cheerful, sharing and united,” VNCPC will compete fully, safely and with sportsmanship.

40-year Party badge for the former VNCPC director
The Party Committee of Hanoi University of Science and Technology presented the 40-year Party membership badge to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Nhan, former director of the Institute for Environmental Science and Technology (INEST), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and former director of VNCPC.

VNCPC wins two third prizes at the 2026 Trade Union Singing Contest
On 25 September 2026, the VNCPC Trade Union took part in the 2026 Trade Union Singing Contest organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology and won two third prizes, in the group and duet sections, plus one collective encouragement prize.
The union brought two songs, “Hào khí Việt Nam” and “Mùa yêu thương”, with a message of national pride and regard for peace.
“Mùa yêu thương” was written and performed by VNCPC union members. It is about care, sharing and staying with one another when life is hard.
The awards are a mark of the VNCPC collective: colleagues at work, and colleagues with a chance to share what they love on stage.
