Mục tiêu của gói thầu là xây dựng tài liệu tham khảo đối với các bên hữu quan để cùng chung tay định hướng ngành dệt may ở Việt Nam theo con đường phát triển bền vững, chủ động chuỗi cung ứng để bảo đảm sự tăng trưởng lâu dài cho ngành.
