Is included:

Costs of the harware, including its installation.

Additional working capital required for the implementation of the investment.

Costs for external consultants required for the investment.

Costs of the Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre, including the detailed technical and environmental evaluation and the measurement of the indicators before and after project implementation.
- Bank fees.

Taxes and fees paid for the import and the implementation of the investment, with exception of the VAT.
Elements that cannot be included in the calculation of the reimbursement are, among others:

Internal labour costs and other internal costs of the company itself to develop and implement the project.

Costs associated to land and land use.
-
Costs associated with the construction, re-construction or destruction of buildings, except if these works have a clear and significant link with the newly acquired equipment.

Maintenance and operation costs.
-
Costs for vehicles of any type.
