The Trust Fund that supports the incentives for the Green Credit Line, offers a reimbursement depending on the reduction of the environmental impact really obtained with the project which is object of the credit:

• If the environmental impact reduction is lower than 30 %, no reimbursement is granted
   
• If the reduction is between 30 and 49 %, a reimbursement of 15 % of the value of the credit is granted
   
• For reductions above or equal to 50 %, a reimbursement of 25 % is granted
   
• The maximum reimbursed quantity is USD 200.000 or its equivalent in Vietnam Dong, for every project / credit.
   
• There are no intermediate levels of reimbursements.

The Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre will recommend the reimbursement depending on the reduction in the environmental impact, based on real measurements with equipments of laboratory, measurements that must be realized before (ex-ante) and after (ex-post) the implementation of the project. The costs of these measurements, as well as the evaluation and monitoring of the project, can be included in the value of the credit.

Following the recommendation of the Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre, the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs -seco- will arrange the transfer of the reimbursement directly to the financial intermediary, as a prepayment to the balance of the credit.
