To qualify for the Green Credit Line, the investment project must include new and modern equipment or technology (Best Available Technology), related to air emissions, water and/or energy. Solid residues can be considered in some cases, after previous consultation with the Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre - VNCPC.

• Preventive Technologies that reduce the pollution at the source.
   
• Process Technology that lead to a better eco-efficiency.
   
• Utility equipments.
   
• End-of-pipeTechnologies to mitigate the environmental impact: only in combination with a CP assessment and implementation of identified CP options reducing the pollution at the source.
